Requirements:
- Female, single, age max. 26 years
- Bachelor degree majoring bussiness law/industry
- IPK min 2,75
- Experience min. 1 year in Notary Office/Law Firm or company
- Expert in labor law, company law and contract law
- Handle matters relating to employment, company law and agreements
- Can create a juridical opinions and provide feedback of legal matters to management
- Making a general meeting of share holders and the distribution of devidens
- Handling permissions goverment of licensing company and employment
- Maintain and compile database file of legal matters
- Active, communicate, able to work under pressure, responsible and usually to work minimum
supervision
- Administration Human Resource
